the staff was helpful with all inquiries. our room, the executive beautiful double room, was a beautiful space. the breakfast buffet had an amazing selection of delicious food and an a la carte menu.
the soundproofing to my room door was lacking. i heard corridor noise often. there was a notable gap between the door frame and the wall. the dim bathroom lighting was a problem, and there was not enough counter space.

the staff were helpful. ricardo, the manager, was very cute and checked in on us daily. little touches like free cava and a packed breakfast for my early departure were apreciated.
the sound proofing wasnt good. i could hear everything happening in the corridor. a gap existed between the door frame and i found that distracting.
