poor soundproofingexpensive minibar
the room door had some serious sound issues i could hear every footstep in the hallway it was like the door was just for show also i thought the minibar prices were a bit much a small bottle of water shouldn't cost more than a decent beer downstairs seriously

The breakfast offered a wide array of high-quality items. There were pastries, various meats, cheeses, yoghurts, and fruits. there WAS a selection of hot breakfast dishes available. The hotel maintained perfect cleanliness. it was beautiful throughout.
The soundproofing of my room door was not very effective. I could clearly hear noises from the corridor, though i know the hotel is old. A gap existed between the door frame and the wall.

The staff was amazing. They remembered my name after the first day. breakfast was the best meal, with fresh juices and made-to-order eggs. turn down service included chocolates on my pillow. it was a nice touch.
The sound proofing was not good. i could hear everything in the corridor. There was a gap around the door. the gym only had a few machines, a treadmill and an elliptical. the limited equipment was a letdown.

the staff was helpful with all inquiries. our room, the executive beautiful double room, was a beautiful space. the breakfast buffet had an amazing selection of delicious food and an a la carte menu.
the soundproofing to my room door was lacking. i heard corridor noise often. there was a notable gap between the door frame and the wall. the dim bathroom lighting was a problem, and there was not enough counter space.

the staff were helpful. ricardo, the manager, was very cute and checked in on us daily. little touches like free cava and a packed breakfast for my early departure were apreciated.
the sound proofing wasnt good. i could hear everything happening in the corridor. a gap existed between the door frame and i found that distracting.
